The Chief Executive, Mrs Carrie Lam, will be the Chairman of the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau-Australia Construction Steering Committee", which will fully co-ordinate Hong Kong's participation in the construction of the Tai Wan District. The Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau will also set up the Greater Hong Kong and Macao District.
